DEvolutions, Changes and Refunds
Our refund and returns policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since receipt, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
During this period, you can test the product and review it as if you were buying something in a physical store.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If you decide to return the items, you will need to let us know that you want to return your order by sending a
email to email@example.com. Please note that you must send the
return items within 14 days of informing us.
Processing your return
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a certain number of days.
You will have to cover the return shipping costs yourself. The costs will be for the amount of the original shipment.
If you decide to arrange your own transportation for the return, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We only replace items if they are damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Items with defects will be valued. Defects typical of craftsmanship such as drawing or irregular color are to be expected and will not be returned.
Refund for damage or loss
Our transportation includes insurance that covers 100% for breakage or loss.
In order to make use of this insurance, it is essential that you check the product before signing the delivery of the carrier.
In case you see that there is any blow or breakage, you must indicate it on the carrier's delivery receipt and that the carrier takes a copy.
Once signed non-compliant, you can contact us to solve the problem as quickly as possible.
In the event that the transport has been carried out by the buyer personally or by contracting a carrier, the product will be beyond our responsibility once it leaves our facilities and we will not be responsible for possible breakages or losses.
Items that cannot be returned
Customized products will only have a 50% refund
Products that have been custom made to the buyer's specifications. What:
Unique designs, custom colors, custom measurements.
Products that have been installed or modified will not be returned.
Products that do not have their original packaging will not be returned.
For products purchased by companies or large quantities, the return of a maximum of 50% will be valued depending on the case.
